Walking around the farm talking about the animals
HAZZARDS
1. Animals
2. Machinery
3. Gates /fences
4. Disease
ACTION TAKEN
1. Do not approach animals with out Mr or Mrs WILLIAMS in attendance
2. Do not touch any machinery.
3. Hold gates open for others and shut after you are all thorough
4. Do not touch the fences
5. WASH HANDS AFTER THE VIST AND BEFORE EATING
WHAT TO IN AN EMERGENCY
Do not panic
Tell Mr or Mrs WILLIAMS

Following directions around the site with the use of a compass
Hazards
1. Broken bones from falling over.
2. Twisted ankle from going up/down hills
3. Traped fingers from gates.
4. Shock from fences.
5. Scratches form wild plants.
6. Animals.
Actions Taken
- Do not walk/run while looking at the compass.
- Take care going up/down hills
- Climb over gates at hinge end
- Watch where you walk
- Keep a good distance from the animals if they approach you walk away do not run
- Do not pick wild fruit /flowers
- Follow instructions from group leader
WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY
- Do not panic
- 1 person to stay with the person hurt and sends someone to tell the group leader.
- Group leader to inform the office
- 1 ST Aider to asses the emergency
- Call for out side help if needed
